State guidance only where the underlying authority is verified.

Ballast separates published state information from professional-service availability. Professional reserve-study work is available nationwide except Nevada; a state page says what the law requires, not whether an engagement has been accepted. Each engagement remains subject to confirmed eligibility, professional capacity, scope, and an operative agreement.

    Professional work is available nationwide except Nevada

    Full Reserve Study and Reserve Study Update are commercially available in every U.S. state and the District of Columbia except Nevada. Standing Check and Study Check are available nationwide.

    Nevada

    Nevada professional fulfillment is off

    Ballast does not accept Nevada reserve-study engagements unless the Nevada reserve study specialist registration or a documented statutory exception is satisfied. A Nevada scope request is refused before any property information is recorded.

    Not determined

    Missing state content is not a refusal to serve

    Where Ballast has not verified a state's authority, the affected state-law finding stays not determined and says so. Service availability is a separate question and is answered separately.

    Qualification

    Some statutory outcomes carry their own gate

    A Florida SIRS, a Hawaii periodic independent review, and the Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee, Washington, Delaware and Colorado turnover statutory studies each require a qualified preparer or independent reviewer. That gate belongs to the engagement, not to the state.
